We will also remove dirt, grime, leaves, debris, etc. from inside the gutter and utilize a hose/variable power washer to remove grime from bottom and sides of inside of gutters. Next, we flush out the downspouts clearing them of any blockages ensuring proper drainage. Finally, we rinse any residue resulting from the roof and gutter cleaning off siding and windows and remove and/or dispose of debris utilizing drainage filters where necessary.

How do you clean older wood roof shingles, shake wood shingles or delicate roofs?

We can clean delicate roofs with a commercial air compressor to remove moss, algae, mildew, dirt, debris, grime, etc. as possible from the roof.

How often should a commercial roof be cleaned?

Once the moss, algae, mildew, dirt, debris, grime, etc. has been removed and the zinc sulfate powder moss inhibitor has been applied, annual application of the the zinc sulfate powder moss inhibitor should prevent the need for additional roof cleaning. Of course, this varies based on the age of the roof, environmental factors and other conditions but we have found this to often be the case.
