Frequently Asked Questions
It is a technique that involves using high-pressure water to blast away blockages and buildup in your underground storm water lines. Unlike traditional cleaning methods, which may only remove surface-level debris, Tight-line Jetting can reach deep into your pipes and clear out even the toughest buildup. Plus, it’s environmentally friendly and safe for your drainage system.
Over time, buildup and debris can clog your drainage system and cause a variety of issues, from water damage to slow drainage and even soil shifting.
First we detach the downspout if needed to access the line. Then a specialized jetting nozzle, designed to fit into the tight-line, is inserted into the opening and high-pressure water is fed into the nozzle, and it is slowly worked through the tight-line. The water pressure can be adjusted depending on the severity of the blockage. As the nozzle moves through the line, it dislodges any debris or buildup, and the water flushes it out. After the jetting process is complete, we inspect the line to ensure that it is completely clear of debris.
