All-Purpose Cleaners
Here are some tips on how you can use common household
products for cleaning.
Baking soda is a great all around cleaner. Of course you can
use it inside of the refrigerator to freshen the smell. You could
pour in some lemon juice for lemon scent. Change in two
weeks. Baking soda can also be sprinkled on the stove top and
wiped with a sponge. For a non-abrasive tub and shower pan
cleaner, baking soda may be just what you need.
Comet is a heavier duty abrasive cleaner and works great on
tubs, showers, toilets and sinks.
Dish soap and water in a spray bottle works great on
counter-tops, cabinet doors and other surfaces. Not to
mention doors, handles, and door frames where dust and
prints can collect.
Glass cleaner can be used not only on glass but surfaces as
well as long as it is streak free.
Multi-purpose cleaner diluted in water in a spray bottle works
on counters, sinks, desks, stove tops, inside the microwave,
etc.
Pine-sol is a great floor cleaner and sanitizer for the toilet.
Vinegar and water is one of the best and most inexpensive
options for cleaning floors. Add 1 part vinegar to 4 parts water
to a spray bottle. Mop it on with a wet towel, rinse frequently.
Add some lemon juice for a lemon scent.
