Sound Cleaning Resources is growing! We are currently looking for highly motivated
individuals that put the customer first.

Business Development

SCR is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to build business, manage relationships and
implement marketing strategies. This person will have a strong ability to multi-task, be
growth oriented and customer focused.

1 -5 years sales and marketing and/or business ownership/management experience is
preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be: personable, highly motivated,
positive, outgoing, tenacious, disciplined and well organized.

Duties include business to business sales, in-bound lead generation, presenting
proposals and closing business, quality control and account management. The
marketing component consists of seeking and implementing cost effective
advertisements which can include search engine optimization, mailing campaigns, radio,
and more. The account management component consists of maintaining quality control
for new and existing client relationships. Compensation is a base salary plus
commission with potential well into the six figures. Comprehensive benefits provided
after requirements are met.

Coordinating with Field Managers
Schedule work to be completed
Achieve and exceed profit goals

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
University degree
1-5 years of sales experience
1-5 years business ownership experience preferred but not required
Highly organized
Microsoft Office, Internet
Consistent top 10% performer
Prior income of at least $75,000 annually
Track record of exceeding quota

Compensation:
$60k - $100k DOE/PACKAGE including residual bonus on new business.

Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations manager to manage all janitorial and
cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will: be detail oriented, work well with people, be
customer service focused, work independently, have stable and successful employment
history, have 3 -5 years experience in the janitorial industry, have transportation, pass
a background and drug test and be entrepreneurial.

Duties:
Train, check and manage employees
Perform quality control checks at customer sites
Perform window washing and floor waxing
Administer job scheduling and time-sheets
Deliver supplies and equipment to customer sites
Communicate positively with customers and handle opportunities, concerns and
problems
Identify additional cleaning and maintenance needs for current customers

Qualifications:
3 - 5 years management and janitorial experience preferred but not required
College degree preferred but not required
Detail oriented
Well organized
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong people skills
Flexible
Positive attitude
Transportation

Compensation:
$2,000 - $3,500 per month D.O.E. plus benefits.

Cleaning Associate

Do you have an attention to detail and a high level of pride in your work? We are
looking for people to clean buildings and offices for both part time and full time in the
evenings.

Cleaning duties include cleaning restrooms and kitchens, mopping, vacuuming, dusting,
removal of garbage and recycling, cleaning glass, etc.

Must pass a criminal background check and a drug screen. You must also have a car, a
WA State Drivers License and have a clean driving record.
